Description
One of the main goals of our region is public awareness, not only to attract volunteers, but also to educate people about the importance of guide dogs. Some of the responsibilities of this opportunity include:
Organize fund raising events
Recruit sponsors of products or services that can be used as fund raising raffle prizes
Set-up informational booths at various events throughout the year
Provide Public Announcements to local TV and radio stations
 
Skills
Some experience in the Public Relations field is helpful
Reliable and punctual
